2021 Meditation and Vision Board Event
Join Kris Silvestry and staff, this Friday evening for a 90-minute online workshop designed to help you plan your visions with a wiser more intuned self.
A grounding meditation will be used to help calm our thoughts and then we will begin our boards!

This four-week series is designed for beginners or for those looking for a review of the basics of yoga.
The Peace of Mind Yoga Staff will guide you in a welcoming, non-judgmental way via zoom.
Throughout the 4 weeks, people will be learning not only the elements of yoga but also how to use them to help calm and reduce stress.
